The Global Agribusiness Incubation (GABI) Network is a partnership initiative of several institutions including the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) under its initiative University, Business and Research in Agricultural INnovations (UniBRAIN), the International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), among others.
The GABI was an outcome from the 2nd Global Agribusiness Incubation Conference held in New Delhi (India) in 2012. GABI seeks to free humankind from hunger and poverty through improved food security, nutrition and sustainable agriculture, through the establishment of globally – competitive rural based agri-enterprises.
As part of its deliverables, we are very happy to announce the launch of the first edition of the GABI Newsletter for the month of March 2013.
